Q. How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
It all depends on your country! Find your region and estimated delivery time in the table below.

Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period.
Please note, we require 1-5 days to process orders. We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for a full-refund or reship free of charge!

Q. My order has been dispatched, can I track it
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?
If you received faulty/damaged goods, simply create support ticket in your login panel for resolution, Our team will investigate and get the resolution. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos/videos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order before the dispatch.
For any change in your order, request to create the support ticket through the facility available within your panel with your name and order number.
After Dispatch, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

Q. What methods of payment do you take?
We accept ALL major credit/debit cards, vault, UPI and net banking and cash on delivery
All payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption - nice!

Q. Do you offer promotional or affiliate opportunities?
We do and we’d love to hear from you!

Q. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes delivery tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbor and/or courier office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please create the support ticket using the facility available in your login panel, within 2-4 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :)

Q. Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order, but it can be done before the dispatch of your order!
Please create the support ticket using the facility available in your login panel with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Q. I need my refund redirected to a different account.
So sorry for the issue! Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund to the original point of purchase for the order. Please reach out to your bank for more information on how to reroute the funds to the correct account.

Q. Do discount codes expire?
While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!
Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.

Q. How do I return an item?
An ordered item once delivered can be returned only if the seller returns policy/company’s return policy allow for such return depending on the type of items and only in case you get wrong/defected item. Please create the support ticket using the facility available in your login panel with your order number. We’ll send an email to notify you that we’ve got your return, confirming the approval or rejection of your refund - please note the return process can take up to 7 working days. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Q. Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to fashion trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This does unfortunately mean that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.
