SHIPPING AND RETURN/REFUND POLICY

TATOZ India Private Limited (the “Company”), owns and operates the interactive website www.tatoz.com & www.tatoz.in, its mobile-friendly website interface and __________________ its mobile application, available in both Android and iOS (collectively and individually referred to as the “Platform”) and the Services rendered thereof. The Company runs the Platform which provides family entertainment services to its Users and enable its Users to buy, or take on rent certain products available on the Platform (“Services”/ “Products”). This Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) explains the terms and conditions for the shipping of the Products.

For the purpose of this Policy, the use of terms like “we”, “us” and “ours” refers to the Company and the terms like “you”, “your” and “yours” refers to any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) who has purchased the Products from the Platform.

1. ORDERING

i. All orders shall be placed on the website www.tatoz.com & www.tatoz.in, or on its mobile application at Android and iOS platforms.

ii. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address provided by you. However, if you wish to ship the products to different addresses, then you are requested to book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

iii. All orders placed on this Platform shall be delivered to you by the delivery partner/executive as arranged and appointed by the Company.

iv. For placing an order, the minimum cart value should be INR 100. The order shall not be placed on the Platform if the cart value is below INR 100.

v. The acceptable modes of payment are as per integrated payment gateway and/or Cash on Delivery if available on the product.

vi. The price of the product available on the Platform is inclusive of taxes but exclusive of shipping charges. The total price for the product ordered including taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checking out your order.

vii. Refund and Credit the amount to the customer’s bank account. ( 5-7 working days). 

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipping services are provided from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. Any orders received by us beyond 06:00 pm shall be processed for delivery the next day. Delivery timings quoted at the time of placing the order are approximate and may vary based on factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and availability of the product. We do not guarantee that orders will be delivered within the estimated time. The product you ordered will be delivered to the address designated and confirmed by you at the time of placing the order.

i. All orders are delivered by our delivery partner/executive appointed by the Company. If the order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted by us, please contact us by telephone +91-8587065870 or email support@tatoz.in and we do our best to ensure that you receive your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

ii. If the order placed by you is in stock or is readily available, the order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days on receipt of the complete payment for the order placed online. For Special orders or out-of-stock items, the delivery time shall be around 2-4 days. If order delivery time exceeds the above-committed timelines, we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time. If you do not wish to execute the order at that time the entire amount shall be refunded.

iii. You can track the status of your order by your panel at the portal.

iv. If you fail to accept your order when it is out for delivery, or if we are unable to deliver at the stated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, then the order shall be re-scheduled and all risk and responsibility in relation to such order shall pass on to you.

v. You must ensure that at the time of delivery of your order adequate arrangements, including access to the premises where necessary, are in place for the timely delivery of your order.

vi. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

vii. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.

viii. On receiving your order, we shall notify the expected delivery time, however, please note that all orders take up to 2-7 days to get delivered.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

i. If you wish to cancel any order placed on the Platform the same shall be initiated within a period of 6 hour from placing the order. Your email shall contain information as stipulated below.

ii. No cancellation request shall be entertained once the aforementioned time period has expired.

4. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Without prejudice to any other provision herein, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our control, including, without limitation, an act of God, embargo or other governmental action or regulation. The refund requests cannot be made for any delayed deliveries on account of Force Majeure or events beyond our control.
